Many people think that ‘fruit juice’ is good for you.
Store bought, bottled or carton juices are NOT good for you. Most packaged juices have been heated to a high temperature (pasteurized) destroying nearly all of the nutrients. They do this so the juice can sit on a supermarket shelf for as long as is needed without it going off. This high temperature process leaves you with a highly processed, acidic sugary liquid of next to no nutritional value. If you truly value your health do not drink this rubbish and do not let your children near it.
