Heirloom Fabrics Weave Memory Threads Through Time

Heirloom Fabrics Weave Memory Threads Through Time

It is for this cause that I have put together Air, Fire, Earth and Water Heirloom Fabrics for you and your family.

These towels and apron are handcrafted and sewn by my wife’s sister-in-law, Lillian. I’ve always loved the name “Lilly”, which is one of the flowers of life. Lillian brings to life, in a beautiful artistic craftsmanship the 4 elements of physical existence that is used to represent the nature of human experience.

Heirloom Fabrics weave ‘memory-threads’ that stretch through time by creating multiple sensory ‘Reminders’ on a daily basis that ‘Connects Generations’ of a ‘Families Heartstrings’…and, it’s Healthy to have Daily Sensory Reminders.

They can be something that inspires you or motivates you but definitely make it something you choose to instill into your mind each day as a ‘Remembrance of Purpose and Action.

Threads of knowledge and memory flow through Time as Heart Strings… that’s the power of Heirloom Fabrics. They provide tangible, visible, touchable, smell able ‘Reminders’ right in your own nest, your home… Where you eat, drink, bathe, socialize, study, entertain and even practice skill enhancements.

Many people elevate their mood or the personal power of their mind in this way, children often times use fabrics in this way instinctively, everyone has cherished a cuddly blanket.

Fabrics with meaning can inspire you to reach higher goals and even generate an instant sense of peacefulness.

Remember what you put in to your mind daily becomes you. Your thoughts become your words, which become your actions.

Ancient Wisdom Healers taught that even our cells are altered by the thoughts, words and deeds of our daily life; today’s studies show that it is true.

Every day we are exposed to the noise and negatives of the world whether we want it or not. We can choose to reduce it, avoid it, or to counteract it and so regain our personal power. We then are being the creator/creatrix of our lives.

Using Daily Sensory Reminders in the form of Heirloom Fabrics with meaning and then strengthened with what I call, Mother Nature’s Sacred Oil of Peppermint…(Pepper: means ‘Lively’… Mint: means ‘Mental’) life changes, strengthens and raises joy and happiness.

Every 2 to 3 days, spray the towels or apron with a water bottle a mix of 3 cups of water to 13 drops of Peppermint oil, especially after you wash them. This will implant your thoughts and intentions directly thru the olfactory bulb into the brain.

What colors are on your walls or used in your furnishings or decor, bedding etc.? Are they pleasing to you? Do they calm you or aggravate you? Do you have a restful space where you can escape to be peaceful, undisturbed by harsh/depressing colors or clutter?

Artwork can also be inspirational and thought provoking or add to negative feelings just by not being harmonious to your space or the changes you are trying to affect in your life. Each negative input can be a daily reminder that takes you in the wrong direction.

Assess your surroundings so you are aware of negative influences even if you can’t change them right now, and then work to counteract them by superimposing your positive thoughts on them.

As we decide to make changes and improvements in ourselves, we need to create our own support system. When we set goals, we want to continue to motivate ourselves.

We might need a little spark from a ‘Daily Sensory Reminder’ to pull our focus to the place we want it to be. Again this is why I have put together Air, Fire, Earth and Water Heirloom Fabrics for you and your family.

Below I have put a list of synonyms of the Ancient Alchemy of Life that was put simply into Air, Fire, Earth and Water. Each of us has a Sign of our Inner Natures represented by the 4 elements that we brought into Life at the moment of our births. Each of us are made of the natures of Air, Fire, Earth and Water, there is a little bit of each of us in all of us because of this, EACH OF US MAKE UP THE 5TH ELEMENT.

Think about what the words or thoughts listed below mean to you and then “Ponder upon them.” When you use the Heirloom Towels think of these words and thoughts. Make this a habit. (Anciently robes and clothing were used in this way, you may have heard of ‘Josephs coat of many colors’…)

In ancient times the Wicca (women Healers) and Pagans (gardeners and country dwellers), placed a good deal of focus on the four elements – Air, Fire, Earth and Water. A few traditions of Wicca also include a fifth element, which is one’s Nature of Self often times called, the Quintessence.

The concept is hardly a new one. A Greek philosopher named Empedocles is credited with the cosmogenic theory of these four elements being the root of all existing matter. Unfortunately, much of Empedocles’ writing has been lost to book burnings and murders, but most of his ideas remain with us today, thanks to oral traditions passed mouth to ear from one generation to the next and are widely accepted by most Pagans and Wiccan’s, of today.

Each of the elements is associated with traits and meanings, as well as with directions on the compass, this is where the word NEWS comes from North, East, West, South, N.E.W.S. The following directional associations are for the Northern hemisphere; readers in the Southern hemisphere should use the opposite correspondences.

This was called, The Good News!

Air is a Symbol of the Mental: Air is the element of the East, connected to the soul (vessel of Light) and the breath of life. If you’re doing personal enhancement work, related to communication, wisdom or the powers of the mind, Air is the element to focus on.

Air carries away your troubles, blows away strife, and carries positive thoughts to those who are far away. Air is associated with the colors yellow and white, but symbolically presented as Light Blue, like the sky and connects to the Ancient Card Deck suit of Swords.

Air in Latin is Spirit: Inspiration, a breath of fresh air, etc. the vital principle or animating force within living things, the general atmosphere of a place or situation and the effect that it has on people a fundamental emotional and activating principle determining one’s character.

The spirit is the “air” one carries and it is sensed by others, as well as self… it’s ones nature of character. Character is what one is; your reputation, what one is thought to be; ones, air or record is the total of one’s known action or inaction.

Synonyms for Air: Purport, sprightliness, tone, feeling, heart, look, emotional state, liveliness, life-force, flavor, intent, smell, feel, intuition, music, colors of blue, intention, intent, aim, warmth, affection, mettle, depth of soul, character, constitution, genius, personality, reputation, temperament, disposition…. think of more and add them.

Fire is a Symbol of the Character and Personality: Fire is a purifying, masculine energy, associated with the South, and connected to strong will and energy. Fire both creates and destroys, and symbolizes the fertility of the God/Gods.

Fire can heal or harm, and can bring about new life or destroy the old and worn. In the Ancient Card Deck, Fire is connected to the Wand suit. For color correspondences, use red and orange for Fire associations and Remembrances.

Fire is an Acronym for Fuel Ignited Releases Energy: Fire literally means “Living Force” and was the reason birds and animals would stare at the flames of a candle, fire pit and even at the rising and setting of the sun.

Ancient Healers noticed the calm and peacefulness of the animals doing this, then they discovered that when you had questions and sought solutions (sol means fire of the sun) that by staring at flames or even the morning and evening sun while pondering and contemplating, answers were often discovered in the moment or given at night in dreams. This set their Hearts on Fire.

Synonyms for Fire: Passion, action, sexuality, creativity, mastery of arts and crafts, untamed, you burn with idea’s, things that heat up our hearts, move our bodies, quicken our minds, and lift our spirits/air… think of more and add them.

Earth is a Symbol of the Physical: Connected to the North, Earth is considered the ultimate feminine element. The Earth is fertile and stable, associated with the Goddess. The planet itself is a ball of life, and as the Wheel of the Year turns, we can watch all the aspects of life take place in the Earth: birth, life, death, and finally rebirth.

The Earth is nurturing and stable, solid and firm, full of endurance and strength. In color correspondences, both green and brown connect to the Earth, for fairly obvious reasons!

In Ancient Card Deck meanings the Earth is related to the suit of Pentacles or Coins (in the Bible John refers to “the little book” in the book of Revelations… that is the “Ancient Card Deck”).

Earth in Latin is Terra; meaning Strong and Firm (dirt, rocks, soil, etc.): Heart, Hearth, and Earth all have meanings that led to Center Point or Place of Focus. All these words have EAR as part of the spelling. Earth is a Planet, which word means “Wandering Rock” Plant means “wandering Seed” and here you are the result of the sprouting of a “living Seed” alive and living on one of this solar/galactic wandering spaceships that ‘we that are planted here’ call, Earth.

Why on Earth are you here? If the EAR is listening and learns to listen with the Heart while on the Earth as one gazes into the Hearth of flames and asks to receive understandings you will learn to go from terra or terrestrial to an advanced extraterrestrial experience, is what many ancient cultures taught.

Is this true? Only you and time on this earth will tell.

Synonyms for Earth: Able-bodied, active, athletic, blooming, bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, chipper, firm, fit, flourishing, fresh, full of life, hardy, healthy, hearty, husky, in good shape, in the pink, lively, lusty, muscular, physically fit, restored, robust, rosy-cheeked, safe and sound, stout, strong, sturdy, tough, unimpaired, vigorous, virile, well, whole, powerful, influential, sovereign, vigorous… think of more and add them.

Water is a Symbol of the Emotions: Water is a feminine energy and highly connected with the aspects of the Goddess. Used for healing, cleansing, and purification, Water is related to the West, and associated with passion and emotion. In many spiritual paths, including Catholicism and other Christian sects, consecrated water or holy water is clean pure water with sea salt added to it, and usually a blessing or invocation is said above it.

In Wiccan covens, such water was used to consecrate the circle and all the tools of nature’s medicines of whole foods, flowers, and herbs within it. As you may expect, water is associated with the color blue, and the Ancient Card Deck suit of Cup cards.

Water means to Animate or Source of Life in Arabic it’s Ma: For thousands of years men and women that were observational scholars discovered that the Moon effects all of the waters on the Earth, especially easy to observe as the ebbing and flowing of the oceans tides.

Realizing that we are about 70% water just as the earth is 70% water, and that the Moon also has an effect on our bodies. A woman’s 28 day Menses (meaning moon flow) is a point in fact.

The phrase, “keeping your head above Water” refers to being in control of ones water motions of ebb and flow now today called e-motions, or emotions.

Synonyms for Water: Love, awe, wonder, inspiration, amusement, pride, hope, interest, serenity, gratitude, joy, pleasure, happiness, elation, delighted, thankfulness, content, curiosity, hobbies, passions, laughter, playfulness, being funny, positive attitude… think of more and add them.
